The world was given a daring vision of how an AI-powered web will change the future of digital as Google’s arch-nemesis OpenAI testified at its break-up trial yesterday.

Blue links will go Dodo and be replaced by forever-on AI assistants, accessible in a word, that will complete entire tasks.

A lead visionary at OpenAI told the court that Google was holding back this better future for billions because it controlled the market and refused to play nice.

ChatGPT chief Nick Turley also said OpenAI was a leading contender to take over the Chrome browser and was ready to begin integrating its AI features.

“You could offer a really incredible experience. We would have the ability to introduce users into what an AI first experience looks like,” he said. “A super assistant.”

ChatGPT recently launched Operator that can book flights and restaurants. Its labs are now working on next gen search, functions to write code, and complex research.
